We are looking to build on our tradition of innovation and growth with the addition of a Mechanical Assembler to our team.

Our ideal candidate is a self starter with a background in a manufacturing environment as a mechanical assembler, who enjoys a challenge and works well with a dynamic team. Strength in interpreting engineering assembly drawings and supporting an accurate build to specification culture holds the key to your success. Responsibilities:

​

  • Manufacturing assembly operations following work instructions, drawings, bills of materials and engineered drawings

  • Complete assembly duties using hand tools, power tools or pneumatic tools as required

  • Working within an assembly team to yield efficient quality builds

  • Inspect finished products for proper functioning

  • Perform minor adjustments and repairs

  • Comply with all company safety and quality standards

  • Additional duties as required.

Our ideal candidate will have:

​

  • Minimum 2 years to 3 years experience in a mechanical assembly

  • Strong ability to read assembly drawings and mechanical schematics

  • Critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills

  • Job task planning and organizing

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Ability to communicate in English (Speak, Read & Write)

  • Ability to use computer systems

  • Must be able to read a measuring tape and vernier

  • Must be able to handle physical requirements of job (continuous standing, occasional lifting of 10-50 lbs.)
